Personal Data
The personal data of the customer (hereinafter referred to as 'Customer') that will be collected are as follows:

The services offered via the Site are reserved for persons who have reached the age of eighteen years. The Controller therefore does not collect personal data on persons under the age of 18.
If the customer is a legal entity, in addition to the aforementioned data (hereinafter 'Personal Data'), the Controller will also collect non-personal data relating to the company, such as name, company name, VAT number, registered office address, etc.
The Customer is liable for the completeness and truthfulness of the Personal Data and shall therefore hold the Controller harmless from any liability towards third parties.

Purpose of processing and legal basis
In fulfilment of its obligations under applicable law, the Controller collects Personal Data and processes them for the following purposes:

Nature of conferment
The Personal Data collected as part of this processing are strictly functional for the above-mentioned purposes. For the purposes a) and b) above, the provision of Personal Data is always optional, but failure to do so will make it impossible to perform the contractual relationship.
For the purpose of compliance referred to in c) above, the legal basis for the collection of Personal Data is the necessary fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject. For the purpose of direct marketing referred to in subpara. d), the processing serves the legitimate interest of the vendor company.

Treatment modalities
The data will be processed using manual and/or computerised and/or telematic tools with organisational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data themselves in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures laid down by the provisions in force.
The processing will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, so as to protect the confidentiality and rights of the person concerned at all times, in compliance with the legislation in force.
The Data Controller represents and warrants that the Personal Data provided by the Customer will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and protection, and guarantees that appropriate security measures of a technical and organisational nature will be taken to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, accidental or improper alteration, loss or destruction of the Personal Data.

Storage time
Personal Data will be kept, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation in force, for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed and to enable the seller to defend itself in the event of a dispute.
For the purposes of Service and Billing and related fulfilments, Personal Data shall be retained by the Data Controller for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 (ten) years after the date of registration of the last invoice pursuant to Art. 2220 c.c.

Data recipients
The Data Controller declares that Personal Data may be communicated to third parties, which the Data Controller may use in the performance of the purposes of the processing, namely:

  • natural persons authorised by S.r.l. Hintegrity to process Personal Data after having been appointed as Data Processors;
  • entities that typically act as data controllers. These persons are appointed as Data Processors or Persons in Charge of Processing and will therefore process the data in accordance with this Policy;
  • subjects, entities or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate Personal Data by virtue of the Service provided by the Data Controller or by virtue of legal provisions, orders of the authorities with respect to compliance purposes.

The Controller does not transfer Personal Data outside the European Economic Area. Should this become necessary, the Controller declares that the transfer may only take place in accordance with all applicable legal provisions.

Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 the data subject may exercise the following rights:
