  1. Initial provisions for the distance purchase contract
    The Terms and Conditions of Business stated herein govern the relationship between the company Hintegrity Srl with registered office in Monza MB in Via Puglia 15 Tax Code and VAT No. 10914180962, email info@hintegrity.it as seller and operator of the website accessible at www.hintegrity.it and our User, with whom we enter into a contract for online sales.
    The Terms and Conditions concern the purchase of products from our website.
    The rules set out in the Commercial Terms and Conditions apply indiscriminately to all customers of this website and are deemed to be known to the User at the time the purchase is made.
    The products on the site may be purchased by means of a distance contract governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) as well as by Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 (Electronic Commerce Act).
    Unless otherwise stated or clearly recognisable, all content available on www.hintegrity.it sono is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors. The Owner takes the utmost care to ensure that the content available on www.hintegrity.it does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. However, the closure of the User account shall be suspended until the expiry of any paid subscription services purchased by the User.
    The Owner reserves the right to suspend or delete a User's account at any time at its own discretion and without prior notice if it considers it inappropriate, offensive or contrary to these Terms. Suspension or deletion of the account does not give the User any right to compensation, refund or indemnity.
    Suspension or deletion of an account for reasons attributable to the User shall not exempt the User from payment of any fees or prices that may be applicable.

  4. Conclusion of a purchase contract
    A distance purchase contract can be concluded via this website. The services offered via the Site are reserved for persons who have reached the age of eighteen years.
    The sales prices of the products on www.hintegrity.it are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes, including any shipping costs.
    Placing the order determines the conclusion of the contract and creates an obligation on the part of the User to pay the price, taxes and any further charges and expenses, as specified on the order page. If the purchased Product requires an active contribution from the User, such as the provision of information or personal data, specifications or special requests, the placing of the order also constitutes an obligation on the User to cooperate accordingly.

    By clicking on 'Buy Now' the order is shipped to the online shop. In the event of an error when filling in the order, it will be possible to change it by logging in from the user account. The text of the sales conditions together with the orders is archived for ten years.

  5. Payment and Shipping
    The User may choose the method of payment on the website.
    The order processing times we indicate are not binding.
    The credit card payment method excludes the seller and its employees from knowing the data of the payment card used by the user.
    The User is asked to select the type of card among those accepted and is redirected to the bank's portal to perform the operation; the card number, expiry date and CVV2/CVC2 code will then be entered by the User. The information will be sent directly to the bank's payment portal, which guarantees an encrypted data transfer and only informs the seller of the result of the authorisation together with the instruction to proceed with the order.
    In the event that payment by one of the available means fails or is refused by the payment service provider, the Holder is not obliged to execute the order. Any costs or fees resulting from the failed or refused payment shall be borne by the User.

  6. Various
    The prices of products and services are expressed inclusive of the applicable VAT at the time the order is dispatched. In the event of a change in the VAT rate prior to the conclusion of the purchase contract or prior to the dispatch of the goods, the User shall be obliged to settle any debit differences due.
    By submitting the order, the User accepts the sending of the tax document in electronic format. The tax document will be sent together with the order dispatch email.

  7. Right of withdrawal
    The user generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within the period of usually 14 days for any reason and without justification.
    On www.hintegrity.it there is no right of withdrawal. Users acknowledge and accept that there is no right of withdrawal from contracts concluded on www.hintegrity.it due to the particular characteristics of the offer.

  8. Applicable law and dispute resolution
    The contract will be concluded in Italian and will be governed by Italian law.
    For any dispute that may arise from this contract, the User may activate the out-of-court dispute resolution procedure in accordance with the requirements of Art. 141 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
